Servo winch pulleys are used to gather string and are commonly found on R/C sailboats. The 2 sides of the pulley allow you to wind equal amounts of string on each side but in opposite directions so that when the pulley is turned, string is gathered on one side while it gets let out on the opposing side. This servo winch pulley has a C24T (aka C1) spline.
